The Local Concierge assists guests with their vacation planning during their time in St-Martin. This position requires an enthusiastic, flexible candidate capable of adapting to different tasks throughout their work week to deliver excellence in customer service.


Applicant should have the following requirements when applying for the position:

  • Experience in guest services in luxury hotel/travel/hospitality industry will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent written & spoken English and French a must;
  • Self-starter and self-sufficient, with the ability to seek guidance and direction when needed;
  • Knowledge of St Martin/St Maarten and solid network of contacts;
  • Flexibility on working hours to accommodate guests’ travel schedules and willingness to work shift work, weekends and holidays as needed;
  • Professional appearance and attitude;
  • Ownership of a reliable and presentable vehicle and a valid Driver’s license
