Join the team at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen working as an Executive Chef. You will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all food preparation and presentation functions carried out in all the kitchens.


  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in 5*Hotels.
  • Degree or equivalent according to the position.
  • Positive attitude, showing the ability to take ownership and responsibility;
  • Strong leadership, communication skills, customer orientation, initiative, and teamwork;
  • Experience Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs;
  • Good knowledge of all phases of F&B operation; Maintain adherence to high cooking and hygiene standard;
  • Innovative and knowledge of modern cuisine will be an asset.
  • High Level in English & Spanish.
