The top 5 were:

  1. UAE
  2. Singapore
  3. India
  4. Turkey
  5. Romania

The ranking was based on surveys from over 20,000 individuals across nearly 40 countries and considered a wide variety of metrics, from education cost to openness to diversity and quality of life.
